The
fine print...
Our nightly
rates include a full gourmet breakfast,
complementary juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and spring water
at any time, and use of on-site amenities up to time of
departure. Add a $2. local lodging tax to room rates.
Check-in
is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. A quick call if
you're going to be delayed will be appreciated.
Check-out is 11 a.m.
Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions on departure time since
we must allow enough time to prepare the room for arriving guests.
We cannot
accommodate children under twelve.
Our rooms are
designed for a maximum of two people. However, should you be
traveling with a teenager who would enjoy camping out, we'll
gladly pitch a tent. (Sleeping bag not included.) In consideration of
other guests, we cannot accommodate
pets.
Au Gîte du Vieux Moulin provides a
smoke-free environment.
Considerate cigarette, cigar, or pipe smoking is permitted in
outside areas.
Your
comfort and health are important to us. Please advise us of any
allergies or dietary restrictions or needs at time of booking and
we'll do our best to accommodate.
Local
restaurants close early; if you plan to arrive after 8:30 p.m.
in need of dinner, please advise 48 hours in advance and we'll be
happy to provide a light meal for a reasonable fee.
PAYMENT
AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50 %
deposit of the room fee (less taxes) will be automatically charged
to your credit card when your reservation is
finalized.
If
your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation,
please call or email us 10 days in advance and we'll cheerfully
refund your deposit. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival
may have a significant impact on our business and are generally
not refundable.
No-shows
or early departures will be charged the full cost of the reserved
rooms.
Final
payment will be due at check out if paying by credit card (Visa
only), or at check-in if paying by travelers cheque or cash.
