We cannot accept babies and young children. We strive to create a peaceful environment for our business and pleasure travelers. Our property is geared towwards adults and is not childproofed. If you are travelling with older children, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. Note that our rooms are designed for a maximum of two people.
We do not accept pets.
We provide a smoke-free environment. Considerate cigarette, cigar, or pipe smoking is permitted in outside areas.

Your health and well-being are important to us. Please advise us of any allergies or dietary restrictions or special needs at time of booking and we will accommodate you.

Check-In is between 3 and 9 p.m. We will gladly accommodate later arrivals with advance notification.
Check-Out is at 11 a.m. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions on departure time because we need the time to prepare the rooms for new arrivals.

A credit card number (Visa or MasterCard) is required at time of booking to confirm your reservations.

There are no cancellation penalties provided we are advised of the cancellation at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of arrival and we can't rent the room to anyone else, you will be billed 50% of the cost of the room for every night the room remains vacant.
No-shows and early departures will be charged the full cost of the room(s) for the entire reservation.
